Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mnemo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to the public website, user accounts, learning tools, generated study content, and any related services we provide under the Mnemo name.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and, at minimum, be 13 years old to use Mnemo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

Mnemo is provided as a study and knowledge-retention tool. You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, reliability, or normal operation of the app.
• Upload malicious code, harmful files, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the service beyond what applicable law allows.
• Use Mnemo to generate spam, academic dishonesty workflows, or misleading automated output at scale.

You retain ownership of the notes, files, prompts, and other material you submit to Mnemo. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transform that content as needed to operate the service.

That license includes using your content to extract structure, generate quizzes or review material, compute progress metrics, and display results back to you inside the product.

Mnemo may generate questions, summaries, classifications, or other study material automatically. Those outputs are provided for assistance only and may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific use case.

You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, especially for academic, professional, medical, legal, or other high-stakes purposes.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features at any time. We do not guarantee that Mnemo will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

We may also impose usage limits, storage limits, or feature restrictions where necessary to protect reliability or support the long-term operation of the product.

Some parts of Mnemo may later be offered on a paid basis. If that happens, the pricing, billing cadence, and any plan-specific rules shown at the time of purchase will apply in addition to these terms.

Unless a different refund policy is stated at checkout or required by law, fees paid for access to paid features are generally non-refundable.

We may suspend or terminate access to Mnemo if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or use the service in a way that is abusive or unlawful.

You may stop using Mnemo at any time. Termination does not automatically remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including restrictions on misuse and limitations of liability.

Mnemo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Mnemo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Mnemo after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
